BAKED DOVES IN WILD RICE
- 2 to 4 dove breasts
- 1 box wild rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can milk
- 1 can water
- Onion, chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
Clean birds according to INFORMATION.
Mix all ingredients in casserole pan and lay dove breasts on top of mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F.
