Venison Steak Marinade
Marinating the tender cuts will improve the meats flavor.
- ½ cup dry red wine.
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom.
- 1/8 Teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1/3 cup salad oil.
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
Make enough for 1-lb venison. Marinade at room temperature for 1-3 hours
Turning occasionally.
