Ingredients
- 2 lbs bear meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1/2 cup red wine
- hot cooked noodles or rice
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8-12 hours until meat is tender.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
