Ingredients
  • 2 lbs bear meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • hot cooked noodles or rice

Directions
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 8-12 hours until meat is tender.
  3. Serve over noodles or rice.
